Jamaica Rector

Jamaica Rector (born August 10, 1981 in Celeste, Texas) is a former American and Canadian football wide receiver for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League. He was signed by the National Football League's Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at Northwest Missouri State. He has also played for the Arizona Cardinals.
==Early years==
Rector played his high school football at Celeste, Texas which is a 1A school in North Texas, he was a two way all state both his junior and senior year and was also a standout in track.
At Northwest Missouri State University, he was a Division II two-time national player of the year finalist and a four-year All-American wide receiver. He left school ranking fourth in Division II history in receptions (289) and receiving yards (4,497). He also ranked 25th all-time with 38 touchdown receptions.
In 2011, he was inducted into the Northwest Missouri State Hall of Fame.
